Greetings from Tex-Ass! I dodged Ivan last night, and now I'm down here with Baron Von Doviak for the Austin City Limits Festival, featuring a zillion bands like the Tex-Ass-Kicking Gourds (pictured), the Pixies, Sheryl Crow, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Elvis Costello and MORE! MORE! MORE! I still haven't completely figured out how to work this blog, so I don't have any links yet, but stay tuned for that and all my upcoming adventures in Rock and Bar-B-Q!!!!

So, yes, as it turns out, I did in fact make it back safely from the RNC, after marching with thousands of protesters, eating breakfast at a restaurant owned by Moby (TeaNY) and appearing in a scene from The F_Word with Josh Hamilton (above). But more later, after I finish the endless aggravation of updating the rest of the Bait Shop website!
